I offer non-judgmental support in a safe space to explore the complex and often challenging feelings that arise when life circumstances dramatically shift. You know what is best for you and your wellness. I can help you lean into that knowledge and expand the tools you have to apply it.

Relational/Communication Skills

Speak less and say more. We all seek to show our inner truth to others, to live authentically, and express ourselves in ways that feel right. Through a blend of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapies, I help clients fine tune their communication style to cultivate self-knowledge and connect to others in how they speak, name their feelings, and act upon what they believe and feel.
